A Lind Presidents'/Valentines'/Birthdays' Visit

Talk about multi-tasking!
Mindy, Jeff, Jack, Adelaide, Charlie and Fiona arrived Friday night, February 13, for Presidents' Day Weekend,
which also included Valentines' Day and a celebration of Mindy's and my birthdays.

The kids were thrilled with their Valentines' treats next morning.

Jack was on the computer when his mommy was taking pics, as was the case in our other pics,
but his cute self really was there!

Roger had arranged a babysitter so Jeff and Roger could take us to a Valentines' lunch at Painted Pony.

Addie is like a little elephant and never forgets anything!
First up was a tea party with my little lilies of the valley tea set (Grandma Peterson's favorite flower).
And we must always fill the teapot with chocolate milk and have strawberry shredded wheat and chocolate chips for our treats.

Mindy and Jeff went shopping at the seafood roadshow at Costco,
then prepared an amazing Alaskan King crab dinner with mashed potatoes, tiny asparagus, pretzel rolls and Nielsen frozen custard for dessert.
So, so good!
What a delicious birthday dinner/Valentines' Day surprise!

Is Fiona a little angel baby or what!

I conducted a choir practice at 8:15 next morning,
then we sang, Battle Hymn of the Republic in Sacrament meeting.
It is a tradition to do this one each year in our branch,
and the support and participation is overwhelming!

Addie all ready for church

Precious sisters!

Jeff is a wonderful daddy, and he can get little Fi to smile her head off!

These two make the greatest couple!

We all grabbed a bite at The Habit on their way out of town to head back to Highland.
St. George was bursting with out-of-towners for the holiday weekend,
and lines were out the door at local restaurants.

Mindy took a quick selfie of the birthday girls.

I have to end this post with a video of Charlie singing the ABC Song. So precious!
